We are a small business aimed at helping families prepare and share healthy meals at reasonable prices.
We've been serving the St. Louis area for over three years and are centrally located in Kirkwood.
Our mission is to WOW our customers by having a variety of healthy, affordable, convenient, easy-to-prepare meals, using only the freshest ingredients that appeal to everyone to make meal time special and less stressful.
Here's how it works...
You arrive with a cooler and leave with meals totally prepared to put in your freezer that you will later defrost and simply cook (bake, grill, broil, BBQ, microwave, etc.).
Our price is $144 for twelve meals. Each meal serves 4-6 people, depending upon appetites. This breaks down to just $12 per meal which is as low as only $2 per serving. Quite a deal! Can't decide on just twelve meals? You can prepare additional meals for the same low price of $12 per meal.
If you prefer, you may come and prepare less than 12 meals for only $13.50 per meal.
OR...for an additional $3 per meal, we’ll prepare everything for you so all you do is pick it up and put it in your freezer.
The available dates and times for each month are listed at the end of our monthly menus and the calendar. You may be fast and finish in less time but we anticipate every cook being able to finish in the allotted time without feeling rushed. Feel free to invite a friend to join you. If there is a different date you’d prefer, just find some friends to join you and we’ll set up a time for your group of at least sixty meals or more.
Now, what do you need to do?
First, decide which date works best for you. Third, send an email to FreezerPleasers@gmail.com with your meal selections (at least 48 hours before your cooking session). We require a $25 deposit to hold your spot. We’ll reply to your email with where to send your deposit. Fourth, come ready for fun, food preparation on your cooking date.

Take a look through our premade meals. The list is updated often and meals are ready for immediate pick up.
Please note that some meals (marked with an asterisk) will be prepared in a reusable casserole dish. These dishes are an additional $3.00 each. The dishes are dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer and refrigerator safe. They are wonderful, reusable and stay out of the landfills! You can bring them back with you each visit and never have to pay for another one again.
